Had a pretty rough time here. The place was dirty, and the staff was not helpful at all. They charged me for a fancy suite, but it looked like the regular rooms. Room was clean, but there were bugs, and the beds creaked like crazy. Would've loved hot coffee in the morning too.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast buffet. Easy access to public transportation for shopping and activities.
Felt very lucky, nothing to complain about.

we had a pleasant experience at Grand in. the staff was courteous and professional, and the hotel was much nicer than we expected. the room was clean and spacious, with modern furnishings and amenities. the convenient location, friendly staff, and included microwave and refrigerator made our stay worry-free. We would happily visit again.
